A note goes to the retro without your name. In your Your notes list, only on your own device, you see whether it was discussed and whether an action came of it.

Something the team should talk about? Put it in the suggestion box, and it is on the board of the next retro, anonymously.
Answer in Teams itself
In Microsoft Teams you answer a rating or an action inside the card, as with Approvals. The card updates itself: only you see your own score, everyone sees how many have answered.
